Celebrate International Women’s Day with Us

Scarlet by RedDrop was born from a moment most brands overlooked. It was the moment young girls got their period at school, unprepared, scared, and without the right products for their bodies. Two Black women, an educator and a doctor, saw that gap and decided to fill it with intention. Dana Roberts and Dr. Monica Williams didn’t just create period products. We built a brand rooted in empowerment, education, and the belief that every girl deserves to feel supported from day one, based on the belief that every girl deserves products that fit them and support them. That is what Women-founded, Black-owned leadership looks like in action.

We exist because the period care industry was never designed with tween and teen bodies in mind. Most products on the market were made for adult women, leaving younger girls to figure it out with products that didn’t fit, didn’t work, and didn’t speak to them. Scarlet by RedDrop creates properly sized products from pads to period panties alongside educational tools that actually meet girls where they are. We speak directly to girls and to the parents standing beside them, because neither should have to navigate this alone. This is period care built with purpose, not just profit.

Today, on International Women’s Day, we are celebrating every woman who was once that unprepared girl and every girl who deserves better than what the mainstream gives her. We are honoring this day by making our products more accessible with a site-wide sale, because access is part of the mission. Shop the sale and share it with a mother, an auntie, a teacher, or anyone raising a young girl who deserves real support. Every purchase backs a brand that was built by women who refused to leave girls behind. Shop with us here or visit a local Ulta store.
