Refund policy

Return Policy: We accept returns of all products EXCEPT UNDERWEAR AND PERIOD SWIMWEAR for any reason, no questions asked within 30 days from the time you receive your purchase. If you need to return an item, send us an email at hello@reddrop.co and send your item to RedDrop Inc., 541 10th Ave., NW #2034, Atlanta GA 30318 USA 

Period and Emergency Underwear AND Period Swimwear are NOT accepted for exchange or returns. No exceptions.

Refunds: Once your return is received we will send you an email notifying you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of your refund. All refunds will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within two (2) days. The refund will not include the cost of shipping (if any) to you.

Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received your refund, do the following:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  3. Contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at help@reddrop.co.

Return Shipping: You will be responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

Packages returned to us by any delivery service: We will refund to you the cost of the products MINUS the cost of shipping for any orders returned to us for any address problems as deemed by local carriers (USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc).

 

Please note: for items over $75, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
