Shipping policy

The current shipping time is up to 7 days from the time of purchase (M-F). Please check your confirmation email for details about when pre-orders will ship. Shipping and delivery dates on these items are not guaranteed.

While we make every effort to communicate accurate delivery estimates for your order, unanticipated production delays can happen. If your order is affected by such a delay, we will notify you via email or text (based on your preference) as soon as possible.

For any questions around shipping or delivery, please do not hesitate to contact us by email (hello@reddrop.co), or text. We usually respond within 24 hours Monday - Friday (if not sooner). 

When orders are submitted with an incorrect shipping address, we will make every attempt to change the address if we are alerted prior to shipping. In instances where email communication is not acknowledged prior to shipping, we cannot be responsible for incorrectly addressed orders. In cases where the order is shipped before email communication is acknowledged: packages will be reshipped after the original package is returned to us by the courier (usually marked incorrect address).

For items that are marked as delivered but are not found - if you have purchased Route protection, please reach out to Route below. If you have not purchased delivery insurance (Route or USPS or UPS via the shipping service selected), we cannot be responsible for lost or stolen items: an item marked as delivered by the carrier is considered to be delivered.

For orders that are returned to us for an undeliverable/insufficient address - we will refund the order cost MINUS the shipping cost upon receipt.
