Received the wrong size period underwear. Beware you can’t return. $30 wasted. I’ve emailed back and fourth. I placed a large order. I don’t think I’ll be ordering again. The system didn’t even verify. It was a last minute add to the cart before checking out. It did not ask for Size. I need L received XXS. Very disappointed.

Customer Service

I have texted with no responses and emailed. I have not received my order from 30 days ago and I have had no communication back. It would be beneficial to have an actual number to call and speak to someone for help.

Poor customer service

I was so excited to order these products along with the period 101 video for my 10 year old daughter. I never received the link for the class I reached out to Customer service via email and they got back to me saying to check my spam mail which I did, I emailed them back and still no response. I also ordered the starter pack which never came. I called the customer service number and it said to text them. I sent the text days ago without a response. I’m very disappointed.

Sizing seems off on the panties

We purchased the starter kit which came with period panties and emergency panties. While both panties are the same size the emergency panties are way bigger than the period panties. The other products seem to be great this was the only thing that didn’t meet my expectations.
