How do I return?
What items are returnable and which are not?
- All items EXCEPT Period Underwear and Emergency Underwear are returnable
- Within 30 days from receipt of your order
- In the original packaging
- Period underwear and emergency underwear are NOT returnable or refundable without exception
- If the purchased product is faulty, reach out to us within 10 days of the delivered date to receive a refund or replacement free of charge.
What is the ingredient list for your pads and do your period underwear contain PFOAs?
- Our pads are made of: POLYPROPYLENE, CELLULOSE PULP, POLYETHYLENE
- Our underwear are made without "forever chemicals" sometimes referred to as PFOAs. We cannot attest to the presence of those chemicals in our drinking water and our environment and thus residue on clothing.
How soon will my Items ship?
We will begin shipping holiday items as soon as 11/27/23 (our warehouse is closed from Wednesday 11/22- Sunday 11/26). You should receive tracking information within 36 hours (M-F only) of receipt of your order. Once your item shows as trackable within either USPS or UPS please reach out to them with questions about delivery.
What do I do if my Item is stolen from my mailbox or porch?
While we hope this never happens, we do offer shipping protection with each purchase for a nominal fee. This fee covers things that we do not cover (missing packages if the item shows as delivered by the courier) and that the shippers do not cover (USPS Ground Advantage and UPS have built-in coverage in most cases, but the responsibility for making those claims is the customer's, and they may not cover theft from your property).
How soon will I get my refund?
Once your returned item is received, the refund request will be processed within 10 business days after approval.
